Become an integral part of BCI’s Investment Operations team as an Associate in Vancouver or Victoria. Use your knowledge of derivatives and capital markets to contribute to our best-in-class investment services.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Markets and Liquidity, managing OTC derivatives and supporting lifecycle management, FX netting, and securities lending oversight. Your solutions-focused mindset will drive improvements across operational processes, ensuring compliance and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily valuations and optimize lifecycle events
• Setup and amend OTC derivatives trades accurately
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting
• Make informed collateral funding decisions




• Supervise the securities lending program and escalations

Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma in Finance or related fields
• Professional designations are a valuable asset
• 3-5 years of experience in asset management
• Robust understanding of regulatory reporting standards
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools in finance
