As the Aquatics Supervisor, you will report to the Assistant Manager and lead staff in providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere at our aquatic centers. Your role includes monitoring compliance with safety standards, handling first aid responses, and managing daily operational tasks. Your skills will play a crucial role in shaping a positive experience for every guest throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise operations to meet safety requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and exceptional service standards
• Work within all roles as needed, including Pool Attendant




• Ensure incident reporting is handled swiftly and accurately
• Aid in staff training and performance assessments

Requirements:
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguarding
• Minimum two years of relevant aquatic supervision experience
• Knowledge of cash handling practices is advantageous
• Preference for LSS examiner experience
• Commitment to maintaining certifications
