Adecco is currently hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant for a full-time opportunity within a highly regulated environment in Ottawa, ON. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in administrative support, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, event planning, executive support, and Microsoft 365 tools.
Pay Rate: $55 000 - $75 000/year

Location: Ottawa, ON

Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Administrative & Project Support
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and Records of Decision.

Draft correspondence, emails, announcements, and stakeholder communications.

Track project activities and action items using Microsoft Planner, Excel, Miro, and related tools.

Provide general administrative support to project teams.

Meeting & Event Coordination
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder events.

Schedule meetings, prepare invitations, manage attendee lists, and arrange meeting logistics.

Book meeting rooms and support event execution as required.

Travel & Documentation
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation bookings.

Prepare supporting travel documentation and submit travel expense claims.





Maintain organized project files, records, and administrative documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or 2-year diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience within the last 5 years.

Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Planner

Robust organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Experience coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and supporting multiple stakeholders.

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Current Secret Security Clearance or held a Secret Clearance within the last 6 months.

Legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
