This position is responsible for leading the production team, coordinating harvesting activities, and ensuring production, quality, safety, and operational goals are achieved. As a key point of contact for employees, contractors, vendors, and internal departments, the Bog Manager must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
