This full time role requires engaging with the Supportive Addiction and Mental Health Housing program, where you will provide vital peer support services while drawing from your own lived experience. Work collaboratively to help clients attain housing stability and quality of life improvements, navigating through their unique challenges. Participate in program development and community outreach to foster connections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer peer support guided by lived experiences of recovery
• Support clients in achieving personalized wellness goals




• Facilitate connections to community resources and services
• Assist in co-facilitating educational support groups
• Contribute to program evaluation and improvement efforts

Requirements:
• Lived experience with addiction recovery essential
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum one year in progressive addictions/mental health roles
• Experience in crisis management and outreach services
• Valid G Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record
