Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic HR coaching and advice
• Analyze data to develop proactive HR strategies

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• Minimum 3 years in HR consulting/business partner role
• At least 2 years in a high-volume contact center
