Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually
Senior CNC Manufacturing Engineer Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the metal machining industry , including:
CNC programming for both milling and turning
Experience working with machine controls such as FANUC, Mitsubishi, and Heidenhain
Robust practical knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing techniques
Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Test and develop cutting tools, machining techniques, and manufacturing methods , with a primary focus on milling applications both before and after heat treatment
Develop and optimize CNC machine macro programs , with a focus on automation and process efficiency
Develop machine shop applications and automation solutions in collaboration with the IT team
Guide and support the CAM development team
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day technical issues within the machine shop
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to machining processes, productivity,



quality, and automation
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to other team members as required
Travel internationally for short-term assignments as required
Skills and Qualities Strong fundamentals in mathematics, physics, mechanical engineering, and machining principles are essential.
