Working in the Float Pool - Child Health, you will report to the Manager, Health Services. Your role encompasses nursing responsibilities, treatment administration, and facilitating patient transitions. You will also embody the values and goals of the healthcare organization during your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated nursing services for pediatric patients
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications accurately
• Facilitate patient care coordination and discharges
• Contribute to team discussions and leadership




• Follow established clinical guidelines and policies

Requirements:
• Preferred one year of experience in pediatric nursing
• Must be a graduate of a Registered Nursing program
• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• CPR training required as per employer policy
• Robust communication and critical thinking abilities
