You will play a crucial role in assisting individuals to achieve their personal goals and increase their independence. This position encompasses support and counselling, life skills facilitation, and management of crisis situations. Engage with a community-oriented team dedicated to making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer support for hygiene, budgeting, and nutrition
• Facilitate programming that encourages independent living skills
• Support clients during various community activities




• Address challenging behaviors with effective management techniques
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:
• Minimum two-year experience in Developmental Services
• Relevant diploma in Social Services field
• Certification in First Aid/CPR and Crisis Prevention
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Social Inclusion Act and community resources
