Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with RNs to implement care policies
• Act as a liaison with physicians and healthcare teams




• Guide Personal Support Workers in daily tasks
• Participate in shift reports for effective communication
• Monitor and meet resident care needs consistently

Requirements:
• Geriatric nursing experience preferred
• Current Certificate of Competence from Ontario
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare laws and standards
• Robust communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for resident-centered care
