This flexible position will require coverage in Bowmanville, Oshawa, Whitby, and more, requiring reliable transportation and adaptability. Responsibilities will involve greeting patients, performing phlebotomies, and maintaining accurate demographics while ensuring the highest standards of patient service and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and gather necessary information for tests
• Perform phlebotomies and ECGs as required
• Conduct specialized tests with proper documentation




• Handle client inquiries and maintain follow-up communications
• Prepare specimens for testing and transport

Requirements:
• Graduated from an approved Laboratory Assistant program
• Prior phlebotomy experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relational skills
• Competent computer skills; typing speed at least 40 wpm
• Ability to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
