Step into a vital support role as a Judicial Assistant for the Ministry of the Attorney General at the Superior Court of Justice. This temporary position focuses on administrative tasks and legal documentation management. In this role, you will utilize your administrative expertise to assist Justices with their scheduling, correspondence, and legal document preparation.
Your proficiency in typing and organizational skills will enable you to contribute effectively to the legal community while ensuring excellence in communication and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Transcribe legal documents from audio and handwritten notes
Manage schedule and appointments for Justices
Maintain judicial libraries and organizational systems
Handle invoices and expense management
Provide administrative assistance to Justices on committees Requirements:
Type at a minimum of 50 words per minute
Familiar with legal documentation formats and terminology
Experience with financial procedures related to law
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
