Facilitate Lean initiatives at AGI as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator in Winnipeg, MB.

Your role will focus on engaging with teams and implementing practical improvements in manufacturing processes. In this active position, you will maintain a solid presence on the shop floor, working closely with employees to drive safety and productivity improvements. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects, analyze performance data, and participate in root cause analysis to highlight inefficiencies.

You'll also assist in employee training and maintain visual management systems. Key Responsibilities:
