About the Opportunity

Full customer account reconciliation
Reconcile the entire customer account, not just individual invoices.
Compare invoices, payments, credits, adjustments, unapplied cash, and outstanding balances.
Be able to explain exactly why a customer's balance is what it is.
Identify discrepancies and determine what needs to be corrected.

Large enterprise/customer accounts
Experience dealing with large, complex customer accounts.
Comfortable working with sizeable dollar balances.
Ideally someone who has managed accounts with multiple invoices, entities, contracts, locations, or billing arrangements.

About You
Tech savvy accountant
Lots of experience with Account reconciliations (large customer experience, high volume)




Excellent Communication skills

Pay Range

$30 - $39 per hour

This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Vaco/Highspring's client. You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this prospect.
