Key responsibilities
Read and interpret technical plans, engineering drawings and aerospace specifications.
Program, set up and operate machine tools (CNC and conventional).
Machine metal parts (aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, etc.) to tight tolerances.
Make necessary adjustments during production to ensure conformity.
Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM).
Ensure quality control of machined parts according to aerospace standards (AS9100, ISO, etc.).
Participate in continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.




Comply with health and safety procedures as well as industry quality standards.
Document operations and complete parts traceability.
Other related tasks.

Profile
Diploma in machining techniques or equivalent training.
Experience in machining in the aerospace sector (an important asset).
Proficiency with CNC machines (milling and/or turning).
Knowledge of materials used in aerospace.
Ability to work with very tight tolerances.
Positive understanding of aerospace quality standards.
Ability to read complex drawings.
Analytical mind, rigor and attention to detail.
