Oversee and repair heavy construction equipment
Mentor and train shop apprentices and technicians

Conduct tests to validate repair success Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the maintenance field
Must possess a valid 310T license; 421A is beneficial
Previous leadership experience in a shop
