Job Responsibilities

The candidate should be able to understand business requirements and interact and explain to techand QA teams, Transaction Monitoring, and broader Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) platforms, acting as a critical bridge between FCRM business users and Technology delivery teams

This role ensures that complex regulatory, risk, and detection requirements are accurately translated into technology solutions that are well designed, data enabled, tested, operationally ready, and sustainable in BAU

The analyst enables safe and effective change across FCRM platforms by combining business application ownership, business testing leadership, data enablement, and strong stakeholder orchestration

Experience & Qualification Requirements

Undergraduate degree required

5-7 years of AML experience preferred; Oracle ECM / Transaction Monitoring experience





Strong BA skills with BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) experience

Track record of working with Data, Technology and Data Governance teams

Solid SQL capability: Interpret data and derive conclusions

Comfortable with large datasets query and handling

Understand ETL, data mapping, data lineage

Can create and execute Business testing plans focused on from a business use case perspective; work closely with BAT test leads

Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other BA tools
