Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of retail associates, ensuring efficient task delegation and performance.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
Manage inventory receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations within the store.




Assist the Store Manager in training current employees and providing ongoing performance feedback.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail operations.
