Role Overview
The Program Director will provide overall leadership and accountability for the Wireline Network Transformation & Delivery program, ensuring achievement of business, customer, financial, and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and accountability for the Wireline Network program, ensuring delivery of business, customer, financial, and operational objectives.

Act as the primary executive interface for customer CXOs, internal leadership teams, and strategic partners, building trusted relationships and driving business outcomes.

Establish and lead program governance, executive steering committees, operational reviews, and performance management frameworks.

Drive large-scale transformation initiatives focused on:
Operating model modernization

Automation

AI adoption

Productivity improvement

Service innovation

Lead national delivery teams across:
Network planning

Engineering

Survey

Permitting

Design

Deployment

Operational support

Provide strategic direction and oversight for:
Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH)

Fiber Deep

HFC

MDU

Access Network

Network Expansion programs

Drive execution excellence across wireline infrastructure build, capacity expansion, network modernization, relocation programs, and capital projects.

Own executive escalations, risk management, issue resolution, and business continuity planning, ensuring timely mitigation of delivery, operational, and commercial risks.





Ensure alignment across Engineering, Operations, Construction, IT, Finance, Procurement, Vendors, and Partners.

Own program financial performance, including:
Revenue

Profitability

Forecasting

BudgetingResource optimization

Productivity improvement

Cost management

Identify and develop strategic improvement opportunities, innovative solutions, and industry-leading practices that enhance customer experience, delivery efficiency, and business value.

Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.

Essential Skills & Experience

15+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Wireline Network Engineering, Infrastructure Delivery, or Managed Services.

Proven leadership experience managing large-scale wireline engineering, planning, design, and deployment programs with national or enterprise-wide scope.

Capacity Expansion

Infrastructure Build programs

Demonstrated success leading multi-million-dollar transformation and operational programs with direct customer-facing accountability.

Extensive experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and leading executive governance forums.

Robust commercial, financial, contract, and risk management expertise.

Strong leadership experience across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.

MBA preferred.

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification required.
