In this position, you will bring at least 2 years of demand planning experience, engaging with various teams to improve the quality of demand forecasting. Your responsibilities will include using advanced data analysis tools like Power BI and maintaining forecast templates for monthly DMR meetings. Strong communication skills will be essential as you explain demand plans and collaborate with Sales, Supply, and Finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as demand planner for essential pet nutrition products
• Conduct alignment meetings with Sales to validate forecasts




• Adhere to Y+1 planning calendar deadlines
• Contribute to S&OP; process and demand explanation using data
• Lead the maintenance of Power BI reporting for accuracy

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
• 2+ years of demand planning experience preferred
• Understanding of Canadian CPG retail dynamics
• Robust collaboration and communication abilities
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Power BI
