The Regional Director provides strategic, spiritual, and operational leadership for the Eurasia region of Mission Global. This role equips and supports RAN and PAOC global workers, develops ministry initiatives, builds partnerships, and advances mission priorities in the region through effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and execute regional mission strategies aligned with Mission Global’s vision, priorities and particularly focus on the least reached (e.g. Central Asia, Middle East).

Recruit, mentor, equip, and evaluate global workers for healthy ministry.

Lead ministry growth through new initiatives, partnerships, and mission opportunities.

Ensure pastoral care and support for the well-being of global workers and their families and when necessary, engage in discipline process of global workers/credential holders.

Build and strengthen relationships with national church leaders, ministry partners, and stakeholders in Canada and abroad.

Develop and lead a regional lead team to oversee regional operations (including regional retreats), planning, and reporting.

Raise up emerging leaders and national partners for long-term missional impact.

Fundraising is essential as the RD role is a fully fundraised position. It also involves advocating for regional ministry needs, opportunities, and impact with churches and supporters.

Regional Directors are voting members of the General Executive, the RD committee, the Mission Global Committee and the Ops Committee.

Compensation and Advantages:

This role requires fundraising an annual budget which includes compensation.

Salary range dependent on location and relevant experience.

Base Salary $61,790
