About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Designer to join their growing team in Kimberley . This role is crucial in supporting the engineering team by producing accurate and efficient design documentation for a variety of civil infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for creating drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD software, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, plans, and sections using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Assist in the design of site layouts, grading, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure.
Ensure all drawings and documentation are accurate, complete, and meet project specifications and design standards .
Coordinate with civil engineers and project managers to incorporate design changes and feedback.




Perform quantity take-offs and assist in the preparation of project documentation.
Maintain organized drawing files and revisions for efficient project management.
Requirements National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Draughting.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Civil Designer or Draughtsperson.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Civil 3D is essential.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles related to site development and infrastructure.
Attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
