Key Responsibilities Onboard new customers and guide them through initial setup and product adoption.
Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, goals, and satisfaction levels.
Proactively identify and address potential customer churn risks.
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.




Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvements.
Requirements Proven experience in customer success , account management, or a related client-facing role.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
Proficiency with CRM software and customer success platforms.
A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
