In this role, you will actively contribute to optimizing production processes and designing workspaces. Thanks to your initiative, independence, attention to detail, and robust analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, you will play a key role in implementing effective and innovative solutions to maximize value-added work.
Your daily challenges:
Implement secure work methods based on industry best practices Participate in continuous improvement projects (PVA, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, current product launches, etc.) Analyzing and optimizing workstations to improve productivity and reduce waste Participating in risk assessments of equipment and workstations Collaborating closely with production, logistics, manufacturing engineering, and other teams
