The founding team is hiring its Lead Product Designer. The role - Own the iOS app design end to end, from launch through long-term engagement

- Build and maintain the design system: color, typography, spacing, components, usage rules
- Work hand in hand with engineering while shipping: transparent specs, quality reviews
- Own the brand's visual identity across every surface
- Present and defend design decisions to the founders, then iterate What we're looking for - You have shipped consumer mobile products with real usage behind them




- You have built or substantially owned a design system, documentation included
- You are hands‑on: you would rather do the work than manage a team
- Direct critique doesn't throw you, you can make your case
- You use AI tools in your practice without compromising on craft What success looks like - App improvements actually shipped to production
- A documented design system that gets adopted
