About the Role

Our client seeks a skilled and experienced Non-Profit Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their organization in Kimberley . This critical role ensures the efficient and effective delivery of services and programs that benefit the community in the Northern Cape . You will manage resources, optimize processes, and support various departments to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in operational management, preferably within the charity sector, dedicated to maximizing the organization's impact. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize daily operational activities, including administrative functions, logistics, and resource management. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance. Manage the organization's budget, ensuring financial discipline and cost-effectiveness. Supervise administrative staff and support departments, fostering a productive work environment. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.



Collaborate with program managers to align operations with program objectives and community needs. Requirements

Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a non-profit or similar organization. Strong financial management and budgeting skills. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience in process improvement and implementing operational efficiencies.
