This full-time role involves overseeing a energetic team of 20+ Account Managers specializing in personal lines insurance. You’ll play a vital role in their development, conducting evaluations, leading team meetings, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Your proficiency in insurance practices and strong leadership will facilitate our growth strategy as part of our Abry Partners affiliation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly lead and motivate an engaged team
• Prepare formal evaluations and continuous performance reviews




• Facilitate productive team meetings and one-on-one discussions
• Build and maintain strong relationships across branches
• Provide mentorship to new and existing hires

Requirements:
• RIBO License or related certifications a plus
• 3+ years focused on Personal Lines Insurance
• Experience in a leadership capacity recommended
• Exceptional communication and Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of relevant industry tools is advantageous
