Become a key player in delivering eLearning experiences designed to enhance understanding of pension plans. As a Pension eLearning Experience Specialist, you'll engage with clients through impactful webinars and learning sessions.

In this role, you will leverage your skills in instructional design to create tailored eLearning modules and facilitate workshops that communicate complex pension topics clearly and effectively. You will work collaboratively to ensure educational resources meet the needs of diverse client groups, strengthening knowledge and confidence in retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging virtual and in-person learning sessions
• Assist members in understanding pension processes
• Collaborate to develop cutting-edge educational resources




• Design and produce eLearning content and training modules
• Travel throughout Alberta to facilitate workshops

Requirements:
• Two years of experience in facilitating educational workshops
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and eLearning experience
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate and Adobe Suite
• Familiarity with pension plans and relevant legislation
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required for travel
