As Manager of IAM, you will utilize more than 8 years of IT experience, focusing on leading IAM teams and initiatives to create seamless identity management solutions. Collaborate with various business units to ensure that IAM services consistently meet operational priorities through effective strategic planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct IAM projects from planning to operational rollout
• Evaluate solutions and oversee vendor interactions
• Gather business requirements through stakeholder engagement




• Develop IAM plans and strategic roadmaps
• Ensure compliance in identity lifecycle and access management

Requirements:
• 8+ years IT experience, including 7+ years in IAM
• Extensive experience in leading IAM programs
• Proficiency in stakeholder workshops and requirements analysis
• Knowledge of IAM policies and best practices
