Canonical is on the lookout for an engineering manager to direct the advancement of our Landscape systems management solution. As a critical leader, you will manage a talented group of engineers while promoting sound engineering principles. Your role includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality software, mentoring team members, and facilitating collaboration across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a cohesive engineering team
• Advocate for healthy engineering practices
• Engage in collaborative planning with product teams




• Implement best practices for software delivery
• Create automated testing and delivery processes

Requirements:
• Expertise in Python and Golang software development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM or similar
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Linux systems administration
