goeasy is hiring an Application Support Analyst in Mississauga to provide Level 1/2 support for our business and enterprise applications. You will triage incidents, gather diagnostics, and resolve issues with transparent communication and thorough documentation.
You’ll collaborate with Level 3, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security and Product teams, supporting platforms like Salesforce and CRM, while leveraging SQL, APIs, and PowerShell to drive automation and data validation.
