JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our clients' dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analysis skills, expertise in ERP systems, and proficiency with various financial software to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge business intelligence tools, manage complex data sets, and contribute to the financial health of our organization. Strong communication skills are preferred to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, investment analysis, and financial reporting within a fast-paced workplace.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Fixed asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation,



and asset reconciliations
Lease accounting and financial reporting
Month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
Capex budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Experience collaborating with operations and business stakeholders
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting experience

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
CPA designation (or CPA candidate)
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry experience
Corporate tax and sales tax (GST/HST) filing and reconciliation
Internal and external audit support experience
Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools
Executive-level presentation and communication skills

Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist with screening and assessing applicants for this position.
