Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on a wide range of matters.
Manage and support ongoing litigation and dispute resolution efforts.




Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external legal service providers.
Help maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements Admitted Attorney with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong foundation in corporate law and commercial contract drafting.
Experience in regulatory compliance and dispute resolution is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
