This term role involves delivering comprehensive HR services under the direction of the Director of Human Resources. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for staffing needs
• Develop onboarding strategies for recent hires
• Provide guidance on salary administration and job evaluations




• Conduct research on HR-related topics
• Implement compliance measures in recruitment processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience
• At least three years managing unionized recruitment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• High proficiency with MS Office and HRIS tools
• Ability to navigate HR challenges with tact and discretion
