ecl.vincere.io is seeking an experienced Property Coordinator to support two Edmonton-area co-operatives. You will manage day-to-day operations, support boards, and help with budgeting, records, and capital projects. Travel between North Edmonton and Sherwood Park is required, with in-office duties.
The role requires 3+ years in property management or housing and a proactive, skilled approach. Training in the co‑operative housing model will be provided to the successful candidate.
