About the Role Our client is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Attorney to join their legal team in Kimberley . This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. You will work closely with senior attorneys on a variety of matters, providing legal support and conducting research. Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate agreements, resolutions, and legal documents.
Conduct legal research on corporate law matters and prepare memorandums.
Support senior attorneys in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
Maintain corporate records and assist with compliance filings.
Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and external counsel as directed.




Contribute to the development and implementation of internal legal policies.
Requirements Admitted attorney with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
Solid understanding of South African company law and corporate governance principles.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a hybrid work setting.
