There is no limit to the earnings potential in this role; candidates have the flexibility to manage their book and be compensated on what they produce. Commissions will be paid as a bi-weekly draw against commissions earned and reconciled annually. To help new employees while they build their book, they may receive a guaranteed draw for a specified timeframe. Commissions will be paid based on new business sales, policy renewals and a growth bonus on the book. Pay at BrokerLink is about much more than just commissions.
