gained from 5+ years of direct AML KYC file completion experience in the Capital Markets industry; · Prior Quality Control and Quality Assurance experience; ideally in an outsourced vendor model; · Experience creating and/or editing procedures; · Experience supporting or implementing change management initiatives including process updates, stakeholder communication and adoption support; · Demonstrated ability to drive manual processes toward automation through data normalization.· Familiarity with CoPilot, ChatGPT, and Claude; · Demonstrated advanced written and oral communication skills; specifically including the ability to tailor message to audience knowledge; · Ability to provide andreceive improvement-oriented feedback; · Experience with Fen-E an asset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
