About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to all regulations governing transportation and trade within their operations based in Kimberley. You will be responsible for monitoring regulatory changes, implementing compliance procedures, and managing documentation to facilitate smooth and legal movement of goods. This role is critical in mitigating risks associated with non-compliance and ensuring the company operates efficiently and ethically within the complex landscape of logistics and international trade. This is a key role for safeguarding the company's reputation and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and interpret all applicable domestic and international logistics and trade regulations.
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies.
Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant laws.
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.




Manage relationships with customs brokers and regulatory agencies.
Provide training to relevant staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
Investigate and resolve any compliance-related issues or violations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics compliance, customs, or trade regulations.
In-depth knowledge of transportation laws, import/export regulations, and trade agreements.
Experience with compliance management software and documentation systems.
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
