Fraser Health in British Columbia is seeking a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join the addiction care team. You will provide and coordinate nursing services to clients with substance use concerns, including assessments, counselling, care planning and family teaching.
Working with an interprofessional team, you will lead evidence-based practice, respond to emergencies, document care, and support clients on their recovery journey.
