MacEwan University is hiring a full time 4th Class Power Engineer to support its Facilities department. Ensure the effective operation of heating, cooling, and other essential systems on campus.

In this critical role, you will be accountable for the maintenance and operational integrity of boilers and generators. Daily inspections, troubleshooting, and performing maintenance tasks will be essential responsibilities. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills to manage HVAC systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain boilers, chillers, and generators
• Record and assess operational efficiency
• Carry out minor HVAC and facility repairs
• Clean and lubricate relevant mechanical equipment
• Keep detailed operational logs

Requirements:
• Valid 4th Class Power Engineer certification
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field
• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Possess a valid Driver’s License
• Available for evening shifts from 1:00 to 9:00 PM
