Pay Range: $20.00hr - $25.00hr

Job Overview:

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensuring on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The candidate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB).

Responsibilities:

The candidate is responsible for performing maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensuring on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity,



and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE), Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.

- Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance-related data.
- Comply with the organization's and respective division TLM standards.
- Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
