Job Details Location: 2874 Calgary Trail NW, Edmonton, AB T6J 6V7

Wage: $20.84 – 22.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 44 hours / week

Start date: As soon as possible

Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay Job Requirements Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Job Duties - Cut carcasses, sides and quarters - Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat - Remove bones from meat - Cut poultry into parts - Clean and prepare fish and shellfish - Grind meats - Slice cooked meats - Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
