We are looking for a polished, warm and highly organized Medical Office Assistant to join our growing plastic surgery practice.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a beautiful, welcoming patient experience while keeping the details of a busy medical practice running seamlessly behind the scenes.
You will work closely with our plastic surgeon and clinical team in a professional, modern environment where discretion, organization, presentation and exceptional patient care are highly valued.
The Role
You will be a key part of the patient experience, from the first phone call through consultations, procedures and follow-up care.
Your responsibilities will include
- Welcoming patients with warmth, professionalism and discretion
- Managing appointments, consultations, procedures and surgical scheduling
- Coordinating patient care and communicating with patients and the clinical team
- Managing calls, emails, referrals and inquiries
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
- Using the EMR for documentation, referrals, scanning and administrative tasks
- Processing payments, billing and other financial administration
- Managing clinic and medical supply inventory and ordering
- Supporting clinical and surgical equipment organization
- Assisting with sterilization and autoclave processes
- Keeping the clinic organized, polished and welcoming
- Supporting the surgeon and team with day-to-day operations and special projects
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:

- Technology-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

3+ years of medical office experience is preferred, particularly in a surgical or specialist setting.
Experience with Accuro EMR, inventory management, sales and customer service is an asset. Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, dentistry, luxury retail, hospitality, spa or other high-touch client-service environments is also highly valued.
