About the Opportunity

Oversee the review and approval of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting prepared by the team.

Develop and maintain accounting procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial transactions and reporting.

Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual financial and performance reporting.

Assess the financial and operational impact of key business activities and performance metrics.

Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statement and regulatory reporting requirements.

Support the review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts.

Coordinate Finance's participation in annual business planning and renewal cycles, including data gathering and submission requirements.

Manage technical accounting requirements for assigned portfolios and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Support internal and external audits, as well as regulatory reviews.





Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and increased reporting efficiency.

Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership across the organization.

About You

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, or Accounting

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

CPA designation required

Experience preparing complete financial statements and regulatory filings

Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Salary Range
$100,000 - $120,000 / year
