In this role, you will report to the Group Sales Manager and focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will handle transactions swiftly using Point-Of-Sale systems, assist in resolving customer issues, and maintain store standards. Your enthusiasm will be key to winning back dissatisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly at the checkout
• Promote Cabela’s and Bass Pro Shops services
• Accurately process payment transactions
• Handle customer issues logically and effectively
• Assist with opening and closing store duties

Requirements:
• Preferred one year of experience in sales/service
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent judgment and logic for problem resolution
• Solid commitment to customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with outdoor products is a plus
