Transform transit governance at the Toronto Transit Commission as a Governance & Performance Specialist. This hybrid role involves executing procurement governance strategies and fostering operational excellence.

In collaboration with the Senior Manager, you will maintain governance artifacts, train personnel, and facilitate continuous improvement in procurement processes. Your experience with data analysis and project management will be essential as you create performance dashboards and develop operational documents. By promoting policies that ensure compliance and inclusivity, you'll directly contribute to the TTC's mission of providing equitable transit solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update governance and procedural documentation
• Develop internal dashboards for KPI tracking




• Conduct detailed process reviews and stakeholder consultations
• Deliver training and resource materials for staff
• Prepare documentation for change management initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in reporting tools like PowerBI
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of Ontario Human Rights Code and AODA regulations
