Your expertise will aid individuals in developing actionable, realistic plans while also managing funding applications and community resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients’ skills and job readiness through interviews
• Create personalized action plans for employment
• Connect clients with potential employers
• Prepare and manage funding applications
• Document and monitor client progress accurately

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• CDP Certification or readiness to achieve
• Knowledge of local labor market dynamics
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Valid BC driver’s license with a clear record
