In this role, you will be responsible for vehicle disassemblies, repairs, and reassembly, while working towards key performance indicators within our cooperative team. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Repair and restore vehicle body panels efficiently
• Manage vehicle disassembly and parts replacement
• Perform welding and structural assessments
• Utilize diagnostic and frame equipment proficiently

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
• Graduate of an Auto Body Repair Program
• Welding skills (MIG, TIG) essential
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
