We are currently seeking a Skilled Tradesperson with hands-on experience in repairing luggage-related items such as suitcases, duffle bags, backpacks, handbags, and other travel accessories. Experience in repairing handbags or shoes is also highly valuable and transferable for this role, as it demonstrates the fine craftsmanship and attention to detail we're looking for.

Main Duties Perform high-quality repairs on a variety of luggage and travel goods
Replace zippers, wheels, handles, and other hardware
Repair or reinforce stitching and internal linings
Assess damage and provide repair estimates
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Communicate with customers or team members to clarify repair requirements
Job Requirements Fluency in English is a must
Previous experience in luggage, leather, or bag repairs (required)
Skilled in using hand tools, sewing machines, and other repair equipment
Attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tickets
Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude

Do you have previous experience repairing luggage, handbags, backpacks, footwear, upholstery, garments, or similar products? Please describe.
Are you comfortable using hand tools and small power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, pliers, rivet tools, cutters, and similar equipment?
How comfortable are you taking apart an item, identifying what is broken, and figuring out how to repair or replace the damaged component?
Some repairs require patience and trial-and-error when replacement parts don’t fit exactly. Can you give an example of a time you had to troubleshoot or improvise a solution to fix something?
Do you have any sewing experience, either by hand or using an industrial or heavy-duty sewing machine?
